When HotTubRepair.us was founded over 15 years ago, we noticed a massive gap in the local Denver plumbing and spa industry. Homeowners with a broken hot tub had two very flawed options: call a general residential plumber, or call the dealership where they bought the spa.
General plumbers are fantastic at fixing indoor pipes and water heaters, but modern hot tubs are highly complex electro-mechanical systems. They run on specialized 240V circuits, utilize proprietary digital control boards like Balboa and Gecko, and have intricate plumbing manifolds that most plumbers simply aren't trained on. As a result, most general plumbers simply refuse to work on hot tubs.
Dealerships, on the other hand, are focused on sales. Their service departments are notoriously understaffed, often booking weeks out. Worse, they generally refuse to service any spa brand they don't actively sell. If you bought a house that came with a Jacuzzi, but the local dealer only sells Sundance, you were out of luck.
We built our entire business to solve this problem. We are a specialized, independent, brand-agnostic hot tub repair service. We don't sell new hot tubs—our only goal is to repair and maintain the one you already have. Because we service all brands, our technicians undergo rigorous, ongoing training across the entire spectrum of spa manufacturing.
